ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
TOWN OF RED HOOK
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Red Hook Zoning Board of Appeals will hold
the continuation of a public hearing of on June 10, 2020, at its regularly scheduled May
2020 meeting, at 7:00pm for the following appeal:
ZBA 20-01 Brown for an Area Variance
Fredrique Linnea Brown application for an area variance to construct a 480 SF addition
on the subject parcel, which would result in a 12.8% Building Coverage, of the subject
Parcel. Town of Red Hook Zoning Law Section 143-12, The District Schedule of Area and
Bulk Regulations, limits maximum building coverage in the RD3 Zoning District to 7%.
The subject parcel is located at 155 Country Club Drive, in the RD3 Zone, of the Town of
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 202.1, and advisories issued by Federal, State, and
Local officials, related to the COVID-19 virus, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold the
meeting remotely. There will be no in person gathering at the Town Hall. The meeting
will be held by video conference and can be viewed at:

the RHZBA Meeting – You Tube link to access the ZBA YouTube Channel.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that all persons in favor of or in opposition to the
above application will have an opportunity to be heard. If you would like to participate in
the public hearing live via audio, you may call (646)876-9923 and enter the following
meeting ID 856-4655-6962, and meeting password 873961. Once you are logged in,
you will be placed in the Virtual Waiting Room. The moderator will let you into the
meeting at the appropriate time. You can watch the proceedings of the meeting via the
live stream link while you are waiting. When you enter the meeting, you will be muted to
give you time to turn off the volume on the YouTube page to prevent feedback.
All interested persons are also given the opportunity to be heard by sending a letter, via

Town Hall. Regular mail must be received by 3:00pm on the day of the hearing to be
included in the record.
